First time to try this establishment. I am 25 minutes away and arrived early for my 10am appointment. I was greeted with notification my female therapist had called in sick. They tried to call me but I must have given MY wrong phone number. Solution - you can have a male therapist at noon. No Thank you. So, that was my first and only impression. What could you have done differently Elements? Think about it.
