Estimates are actually weak ''GUESSTIMENTS' with Palmer Electric, and mean little when it comes to the final cost. A Master Electrician, N Richard Palmer, Jr, estimated my job but the inspector changed the work which added 30% to my final bill. Half way through the job my choice was; go without power, or comply due to Palmer Electrics inability/unwillingness to challenge this inspector, who by the way had to be told cellar lights do not work in a home after power had been cut?! Either N Richard Palmer, Jr needs schooling or inspector need to be put on the spot, but a consumer should not be gouged like this. Palmer Electric was unwilling to absorb their overcharge, so I paid the bill. NEVER AGAIN!

Matt with Palmer Electric turned a crisis into a very smooth repair. It didnt break the bank either. Matt was very, very professional and honest. He explained everything to me so I would understand what needed to be done. I trust him completely and would recommend Palmer Electric to anyone that needed a GOOD electrician.

8:30 pm my main circuit breaker failed. 9:45 PM it was fixed and I could rest easy for the night. Fast service and wonderful people. Thank you everybody.

Palmer Electric is by far the most professional company I have ever used. I am very leary of contractors but can tell you this, they put my mind to ease. From the intital call, which was a live person, to the estimator and the unifromed electricians that came out. Great company and will definately use them again and recommend them to all of my relatives and friends...
