I wanted a custom arragment for funeral service after calling and speaking to the Manager Rhea I decided to go in with some photos of what I wanted, she assured me that she could provide an arrangement just like the photos, so I went ahead and ordered arrangement $318.00 paid in full. Being so distracted with the circumstances of my situation I didn't ask many details.I was shocked in the day of the funeral I walked into the church and seen what seemed like a homemade small arrangement with a flower already missing it was made out of cheap mums that were sprayed sloppily and pipe cleaners! It was a total disappointment not only to me but my whole family.I contacted the store manager after the funeral to explain my disappointment I ended up getting the runaround for about a month because I wanted some type of compensation for the inconvenience, I was offered a $50 credit and half of any future arrangement. I will never order from there again so that means absolutely nothing I would encourage anybody who is in these circumstances to do some research on florist and thier work ,because the last thing you want to deal with when you lose a loved one and are heartbroken is horrible customer service and Flowers. it's not the principle of Cost it is the principle that something like that can never be redone :(

Very disappointed! What you sent was NOTHING resembling what I ordered and used white carnations to replace lilies!!! Cheap!
