Can't say enough good things about these guys. They were prompt - early in fact - courteous, helpful, strong! and fast. And this was on one of Chico's famous triple-digit temperature days. I'd give them SIX stars if you had them. :)

BEWARE OF THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!



After a botched move by this company last year, we used them again w/ the understanding that they would compensate us for the wrongs made on the previous move. Once this last move was finished, I personally spoke with Wade Logan, the owner, about some very disturbing issues we had encountered. My 77 yr old mom was being moved to as asst d living facility in AZ. She has use of only 1 arm. Wade Jr. (mover) told her in a very disrespectful tone that she was on her own for assembling her 46 TV (which they had disassembled before the move), citing that they were not paid to set TV s up. He also told her that he didn t like her attitude . On the previous botched move, furniture was broken, scratched, and damaged and the owner said he would compensate her on the cost of this latest move to AZ. After the TV assembly incident, Wade Jr. called his dad from the asst d living facility, and an add l $350 was added onto the cost of the move. A few days after the move I called the owner myself to discuss all of this and he pretended to be empathetic to my concerns promising to talk to the two boys (Wade Jr & Raymond) and then to call my mom himself to resolve the problems. He never made that call to her. I called him just this morning to find out why he dropped the ball on this and he said that he was waiting for her check to clear. I reminded him that my mom has used him now 3 times for her moving needs and that she has always been honest and forthcoming in her dealings with him. He agreed. When Wade finally called her, mom explained how unhappy she was with Wade Jr. s rude and disrespectful behavior and the owner told her Oh well, the move is done now. Think what you want. When asked about why he padded the contract by demanding the $350 extra at the move destination, he gave a different reason to my mom than Wade Jr. did at the time of unloading at the destination site. Every detail about this move was discussed prior to my mom signing a contract with We Move , yet in the end, my mother was charged for these extras at the end of the move. And lastly, furniture was left behind that was supposed to go to AZ that I now need to move there myself at the expense of renting a truck, gas, time off work, etc. Wade Logan is not forthcoming with his Business License, he adds add l charges at the end of moves, he makes promises he does not keep, and he feigns empathy on the phone while he has no follow through as a proper and ethical business man should. In the end, these boys were given an antique cedar chest, 2 wooden quilt racks, a vintage chair, and an original oil painting. These items were given because, in my presence during the first part of the move, they did a good job and these items needed a good home. All of the ugliness happened at the move destination where I got a call 3 hrs after they left with my mother in tears at how they treated her. So far, from what I can see, there are more negative reviews for this company than positive ones. If after reading this, and other similar reviews, you still choose to use We Move or We Move Anything for your moving needs, don t say you were not forewarned. You will have only yourself to blame when the problems happen. Not IF they happen, but WHEN.

Took the eww out of move

They did a fabulous job under the original price and were a part of the family by the time they left. used 2 other movers before and We move is by leaps and bounds superior
