Terrible customer service - TH...

Terrible customer service - THEIR mistake in shipping, however refused to send the correct product with free shipping. Then they said perhaps they were not a good fit for my company. Years of being a customer - two mistakes in shipment (BOTH THEIR FAULT!!!) and they tell me basically to get lost. Unbelievable!
