Provided by YP.comI have super long, healthy hair and decided to mix things up and get some color with Rose at Stylebar. After the first appointment I left disappointed because not a lot had been done to my hair, but I understand coloring can be a process and they were busy (I had 5 separate pairs of hands in my hair that day). I gave Stylebar another shot and after the 2nd appointment they really jacked up my hair. They had dyed the top of my hair super dark (they had told me they were going to refresh the top - I did not realize that meant dying it a completely different color from my natural hair color) and left the underneath that brassy blonde color that nobody likes. Over $350 spent and I didn't have the look even remotely close to what I had asked for and had showed pictures of. I went to Level 10 the next day and met with Katie. She fit me in quickly and did a phenomenal job with what she was given. Seriously, this girl rocks! Thank you Katie, you are a lifesaver!

Provided by YP.comThere are some great stylists there... and the Lynda has a great understand of skin and face shapes. However as some one who worked there and repeatedly saw the results of the lead stylist I would like to tell you that everyone that goes to him get the same thing. And that he refused to pay his last employee-me-because hes a drama queen. So please go there... but not to Tra. he over charges and calls 5 foils a whole head... fyi for those non stylists out there, a full foil means 30 or more foils. not five or six strategically placed "highlights". I have no interest in bashing but not paying your employees is kinda a low blow. Don, who used to own, Is a great stylist. Elish is energetic and amazing.

Provided by YP.comI spent $300 at this salon and got zero for it except the worst hair color and cut anywhere in the country! The worst part is the management. The first stylist, Daniel, destroyed my haircut, my grandson could have done better. The color was laden with errors. I finally called and the manager apologized (Nicki) and said if only I’d come to her earlier she’d fix it since Daniel had been let go. So I tried a second time. It was nearly as bad as the first. I said no gold; I got gold. I said auburn background color; I got dark gold. It is hideous and the cut equally bad. So I called Nicki to see if she’d back up her claim and she said she’d see...it’s been two weeks and no word. So...steer clear of this horrible, inept place with lying management. Nicki said it wasn’t bad karma to tell the truth about a salon so this is the truth.

Provided by YPmobileBotched hair cut. No refund offered, have to go elsewhere & repay to have my hair somewhat fixed.
We tried repeatedly to make this client happy. The real issue here was the cost of the cut. The client did not want to pay full price. She did however purchase product which we discounted for her when she initially left our salon happy. We would be more than willing at any time to redo any style that our clients are not completely satisfied with.
