The Physical Therapy Center located in Charlotte, Matthews, Waxhaw, and Monroe, NC is a multi-site, evidence-based, private practice designed to deliver a dynamically different outpatient physical therapy experience. We specialize in the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries and are recognized as a leading provider in spine care in the Charlotte Metropolitan Area. Our goal is to develop offices that serve as a place of strength, hope, and healing as we actively engage our Christian faith to serve the whole person.
