      General Info

      We set up Eye Care in workplaces around the Phoenix Metro area. We provide eye exams, glasses, safety glasses and contact lenses all on site. We also have a private office in Chandler, where we offer a concierge level of service. Our office is open by appointment only and you can schedule on our website. Just type in Sight On Site in the company box. Make sure to select EXAM or NON EXAM accordingly
