The second week of August I bought a $31 bottle of hot spot spray for one of my fosters. Yesterday I noticed the bottle expires in September. I took a copy of my bank statement showing when I had purchased it, but was told I needed my receipt. Why would I have kept the receipt? Planned on using it in the future for any other fosters that needed it. I think it was very poor customer service to not exchange it when I had proof of when it was purchased. Needless to say, they will not be getting any more of my business.
