Clean, friendly, and capable technicians.

I've been to this spa for several time. It always very busy, and the staffs are nice, friendly. Sometimes, I waited for long but the staff take time on my pedicure. I have a great time relaxing after waiting for my turn.

I have been visiting this spa for more than two years now on a very frequent basis. All of the employees are friendly and hard-working. The facility is clean; the prices are fair. I am very pleased with their services.

Stay away from here. My nails are ruined. The man used the motorized drill to remove my old polish instead of polish remover and took off the top layer of my nails! I complained but he said it was ok. WELL NOT. After the worst manicure of my life,a rushed, not relaxing, painful, crappy polish job which chipped immediately, I found my nails are so thin that they hurt all the time. I had to cut them down to the quick to keep them from tearing off. Now they are splitting and flaking and extremely painful. I am worried I might get nail fungus as his two thumb nails were infected and thick with fungal growth.

chairs are very uncomfortable b/c of massage part. i don't like the massages and the mechanisms poke into my back. also, they have played the same Shania Twain or celion dion dvd over and over since they opened. techs rush thru the service and the leg massage is too fast and furious. not enjoyable or relaxing. techs are very nice. i prefer my tech concentrate on me - i am paying - not a continuos chat in their native language throughout my whole pedi. also, it is unusually warm in there. Crank the a/c please.

Have enjoyed this spa for several months; however, last two visits felt cheated. Technician was distracted, rushed through pedicure and left out a number of procedures -- was not a relaxing experience. Will not go back.
