I don't write reviews very often but I had to take the time out to write this one! This was by far the best customer service I have ever received. My glasses had broken right in half so naturally I was a mess to begin with and the manager and staff at Pearl Vision we unbelievably accommodating. I had issues with my insurance that they fixed up, I was stressed so they helped me find the perfect pair of glasses, they gave me a discount on my new pair and even more then that because they knew I had a presentation

This place is awesome. They are efficient and have great service. They were able to fit me in the same day by moving around other patients, which is great service! I had a deadline on my FLEX plan so I was glad they were able to accommodate me for an eye exam for glasses and helping me pick out the perfect pair.

I have been shopping at Bronx Vision Center since I moved to Bronx a few years ago, and it's still my go-to place for sunglasses. They do a great deal on Ray-Bans, but what makes this place a 5-star establishment is the staff. Vlad and Zlata are so personable and funny that sometimes I stop in just to say hi. I went recently to have a pair of sunglasses adjusted, and they went so far as to replace the nose pads free of charge. When I am ready for an eye exam, I will definitely be going to Bronx Vision Center
