Sam is not the owner as he claims to be! He is a manager and a poor one at that. After giving them several opportunities to keep this long time customer, the final straw was broken when i was kept for nearly two hours for something that normally takes 30 minutes. Why you ask? Apparently regardless of arriving first another customer was taken while my nails were being soaked and after that his Personal conversations were priority over me the customer. Have heard so many negative things about this place over the years and and went despite them. I have seen the light, and recommend any place but this one

INAPPROPRIATE, DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL: The owner calls a customer a pain the ass!

I went to this nail salon many times before (2 years ago) and have always left happy until this day, when I came back to get acrylics for a special occasion.

The owner, who took care of me, brutally botched his job. Basically.. all he wanted was that $$$ and for me to get the hell out. After he shaped my nails, he was ready to put the color but I nicely asked him to make them shorter because they were way too long and butchered and he had not bothered to ask me if they fitted my request at any times.

The owner then called me a **PAIN IN THE ASS**!!!

Great customer service!!!! - applause-

I decided to give him $20 for his poor job and to leave.

NEVER coming back again to this salon and NEVER recommending it to ANYONE!

Tracy gives an amazing pedicure. Amazing! The owner, Sam, however, is awful! His acrylic application techique is lazy and out dated. He is rude, rude, RUDE. Heaven for bid you don't like your services, he will throw you out! If it were the only salon in town, I'd never have another mani/pedi. That bad.
