Fajitas, Molcajetes, Mariscos (Seafood), Tacos, Burritos, Enchiladas and Traditional dishes. Domestic and Imported beers, Cocktails and Margarita Towers. New Breakfast menu on weekends: Pancakes, French Toast, Breakfast Burritos and Tacos, All American and Chef Creations! Established in 2021. We are the newest addition to the La Mariposa Family of Restaurants. The first La Mariposa was established in 1987 in the city of Longmont, CO.
