So happy that I found this Laser Center!!! I had my under arms and bikini done. Results are amazing and my hair is gone!! Nova one of the Laser specialist is incredible, knowledgeable and very friendly. By the 3th treatment I stopped shaving. Highly recommended!

Still the best experience. I had laser hair removal on my legs right after I finished with my face: upper lip, chin, and ""sideburns. They are just excellent at this treatments. They have a painless laser treatment that I love. Mei the nurse is very experience and nice and she makes you feel very relax when she does the procedure. This clinic is very busy and I'm very surprise that people do not take their time to write on yelp when they are happy.

So I scheduled my first appointment and they didn't write it down or something. They ended up calling me asking when my appointment was which was weird. The second time I went I waited AN HOUR for a 5 minute session. Then supposedly I missed my 3rd session (which wasn't written down on my calendar and as you can see they seem to mess up times etc alot). I will say that for my second appt they did call and confirm it with me/remind me. But mysteriously for this third one they didn't. Guy said they always call but must have forgot...and they didn't have to technically call. No I just think YOU had the wrong date etc. Anyways so they charged me $50 for me to schedule my 3rd appt. The only reason I am going back is because I prepaid for sessions.

PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF THE AGONY and DON'T go here. I've been a customer with them for 2 years since I bought a package for bikini and underarms before the Groupons started. I REGRET not going with the reviews. The owner/manager is a BIG scammer, he forced me to tip their aesthetician after the appointment. I really didn't have a choice but to continue going here for my treatments since I had paid in full. Pretty much every time I went I had a new person working on me, clearly goes to show their staff doesn't last too long either. Since the past 2 visits he has been coercing me to buy more sessions which I've been refusing to do. The last time I went, the manager (Sergio - middle eastern guy) refused to make another appointment until I bought more sessions. I finally lost my cool and told him I would take him to court for forcing to buy more sessions and also for insisting I tip. Tipping is clearly a voluntary thing and he shouldn't be demanding it. Suddenly he started talking sweetly and asked me to calm down and scheduled my appointment.



I still had 3 sessions left, after these incidents I've been taking my sister along to ensure she's present at the time of appointment. It's been a very stressful experience. Btw, I saw some results on my underarms after the 4th session (6 session package) and ALMOST ZERO RESULTS in my bikini area after 9 sessions (3 more to go)!



I went to a different place in Allston for my upper lip and happy trail - saw results after the 2nd session. Granted, the equipment was different. Skin spa's is more gentle, than the one in Allston, but I can't explain enough what a con man this guy is. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS PLACE! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! HE IS VERY SHADY!



STRONGLY ADVISE YOU to please stay away from this place!!!

I found this place on google and so glad I did!! Very impressed with this medspa! very clean facility and a very professional staff. My technician Nova, is a real sweetheart! The director during my consult went over the whole procedure in detail and showed me how everything works. Went for my first treatment last night and they made me feel very comfortable and at ease! Prices are very reasonable too. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely, under no circumstances should you ever go to this place! I got roped in with their cheaper prices, but don't make my mistake! The first (and only time) I went there, I asked for and paid for one treatment. I made it clear that I did not want to buy any packages. That same day, they made another appointment for me. Little did I realize that there was a $100 charge for canceling an appointment! Then, after only having one treatment done, they started charging me for a package deal that I never verbally agreed to or signed any contract for. They refused to reverse the charges on my credit card, and I had to file a dispute through my credit card company (and change my credit card # because they tried to keep charging me). It was a huge pain, and so unnecessary. The owner is completely unreasonable and argumentative, and only cares about taking your money. He threatened to sue me for not paying for a package I never agreed to! Like I said, don't make my mistake; stay far far away! If I could, I would rate this place -8 stars.

I really recommend for everyone who does or wants to do laser hair removal treatments. You can really see the results at this center very fast. I've experienced 50% of my hair completly gone at my second visit. It never happen any of the places in Boston I went before. They are just very good at this treatments. That is all they do, other places try to do everything and are not at anything. Excellent result!!! with place.

This place is a scam- DO NOT GO HERE. They will try to get you to sign up for a package but won't tell you that lets say you decide you don't like your treatments, or move away, or just want to discontinue, then they tell you its non-refundable, and non-cancelable. So you will continue paying monthly payments for services you do not want or are not having done.



I spent 2,200 on 12 treatments, and tried to cancel after spending more than half of the money, and having 6 treatments. They told me no and I have been charged the full amount.



The treatments were terrible, and did not help me. The 2 women working there are weird, and one is borderline crazy. She kept staring off into space and forgetting what she was doing. I would stay away from this place, they should be shut down. The director is creepy, honestly makes my skin crawl. Don't make the mistake I did, save your money and don't go back here! You WILL regret it! There are much better places on Newbury street! STAY AWAY!
