      Gave me a written estimate and appraisal cost and went back 6 months later to get appraisal and charged me $100.00 over what he told me it would cost for appraisal. Showed him the written estimate/appraisal sheet and he took it from me and added a 1 in front of the $50. Not doing business with this company.
