I went to Topline Nails for a mani and pedi, awesome!!! They made me feel like a queen with the attentiveness and service I received, so relaxing and results were amazing...Thank you --will be back....

The last time I went to Topline will be my absolute last time. I had gone to one particular technician twice but never asked for anyone by name. She gossiped about her coworkers, spent a lot ot time looking at the door as though she was waiting for the next customer to appear and refused to give me the service I wanted because it took more time. When I came back and took the next available technician she acted like I had cheated on her. Very uncomfortable and very unprofessional. I did go back a couple of days later and complain to the manager but was not offered a discount or even a sincere apology.
