I had been a patron of this salon for over two years. The caliber of customer service has declined under the new ownership/management. In preparation for the Labor Day weekend, I called the salon to schedule an appointment. After several attempts, I was unable to receive a connection. Subsequently, I drove to the salon, spoke directly to the owner, and scheduled a 2:30p appointment for that same afternoon. I rearranged my schedule in order to accommodate the necessary two-hour timeframe for a gel fill-in and pedicure. I arrived at the shop on time and was greeted by owner who acted as though he had never seen me. He stated that I had missed my 2p appointment. He incorrectly recorded the scheduled time and attempted to argue with me. As part of issue resolution, he offered no options, no other available timeslots or technicians. He never extended an apology to me for his error. His attitude was quite rude, and his demeanor was beyond unprofessional. Do not patronize this salon!!!

This is a very friendly, very clean establishment. Very customer service oriented. Quality workmanship. Very appreciative of their clients.

This is a wonderful shop! it's clean, the employees are very welcoming and friendly. They treated me like they were grateful for my business. Min did a FANTASTIC job on my shellac mani, straight lines and it stayed on for a month! Highly recommend!!!

This is a nice clean friendly environment. Love the flags they did for me for the 4th. Recommend to others.
