This was the only place I could find online that had the backpack I wanted for under $200. They shipped it to me, but the first time I put the backpack on the 50 year old leather strap snapped. I called them expecting to hear essentially "tough luck", but he said I could just send it back and they'd send me another one! They were wonderful, I only wish I could visit in person!
