WORST PLACE TO GET SERVICE! Exactly why I stopped getting my nails done after 12 years. I went with my mother to get my eyebrows. The moment I arrived Vee asked where I got my nails done. I told her I went somewhere else. (I stopped getting my nails done there because every time I requested something they told me no. Also, my nails looked like I needed a refill after 3 days.) My mom and I are finally are up for eyebrows. She did my mom first then goes and does someone else's eyebrows. I told her excuse me but I'm next. She had the nerve to tell me "no I'm not doing your eyebrows you can go to where you went for your nails and get your eyebrows done there." I told her after an hour of me waiting for you AN HOUR you have the audacity to tell me this now!!! I am beyond furious and I will be reporting her to the better business bureau! Horrible customer service!

Sadly to say I will never get my nails done at this salon ever again!!! The owner V is rude and nasty to customers. Starting with telephone manners. You call to speak or make appointment. She doesn't have the courtesy to say "Good bye" or "Bye". Simply hangs up!! She talks down to customers even to the ones that are loyal. We all have jobs that can get hectic. That doesn't give you the right to be disrespectful and embarrass customers. You ask her a question and she answers questions walking away from you. She snaps when you request what you want done. Her employees tend to do the same. They nickel and dime every time you get nails done. And the price is never the same even if you get the same job done on your next visit. Honestly, some of their employees do a good job. But in the end they're a plenty of nail salons in the area that do a good job as well. I truly believe in being kind to one another. I wish they did. :(

I absolutely hate coming here nice job on nails sometimes but so slow I came after work which was 4 and at 6:22 I'm still waiting to get seated they were still on the same people they had when I walked in !
