I appreciate the wonderful care I received from the receptionist at the desk to the medical assistant and all the way to the wonderful Dr Molly Dutra.

Greatest hand surgeon in the area and he has compassion and knowledge and experience for the patients that are in need of the best care.

KP has the best doctors and nurses, they are warm, knowledgeable and thoughtful.

The doctors and technicians were fantastic. Treated me like a real person. I went in for an optical consult. I was listened and given proper advice to all my questions.

On the same note, please avoid the Optical Shop at all cost. These personnel there do not treat you as a person, rather as a money bag! The answers I received from the shop person was never direct; I had to keep probing to get to my answers. She gave me the impression that I should not be there! Everything except her rolling her eyes!!! I left feeling judged and condescended upon. I don't need that kind of treatment, so I am taking my eye-glass business elsewhere.

I recommend the doctors, but I will never send even my enemy to the optical shop.

I had a major surgery done by Dr. Winters. He is an excellent doctor both in his communication and surgical skills. The surgery was completed robotically. The result was almost no pain and no need for pain medication. This was a huge surprise to me. He coached me through the process, listened well and answered all my questions. The nurses and support staff were also excellent. I recovered fast, for the type of surgery and am fully back to all my activities.

My experience with Kaiser Bellevue Surgery Center was above and beyond excellent very Happy with the whole experience. I have another Surgery Day scheduled on July 15th looking forward to it

I love Kaiser urgent care. They get you in, in a timely matter. They tell you everything that is going on, and they are so caring. Best I've ever been too.

Just a follow-up but Dr. Henderson is very professional and thorough. Plus he's a really nice guy!

Walked out of Capitol Hill Urgent Care, they were rude & dirty, felt like a dungeon… not the place I would want medical care, I left before I was triaged. My daughter urged me to go back to hospital. Found Bellevue and it was like night vs day, polite, professional, helpful, quick, and made sure everyone felt comfortable! Everyone from reception to cleaning staff and pharmacy were eager to assist (cleaning staff realized we were lost and without even asking he came to our aide).

I can say enough about the above-and-beyond care i received through eye care (ophthalmology). I thought I'd just be getting a new glasses prescription. But my OD insisted on getting to the bottom of my double vision. Well, two MRIs and a CT scan later, (oh, and all within 24 hours, including surgeon e-consult!) we now know I can't fly - was about to take off to visit my brother 3,000 miles away - as the two brain aneurysms they found might pop! (Otherwise known as an adverse outcome.) I may well own my life to my very picky OD. Eternally grateful!

Great providers. Friendly staff. Short wait times. Love having the pharmacy so close and on-site. Very accessible and free parking! Easiest urgent care visit ever! Wonderful pediatric provider available.
