Owner seemed very nice and on top of things PRIOR to arrival of group, as well as other members of admin. The crew arrived timely, but without tools (had to borrow ours) to disassemble/reassemble the beds. They did not show up with plastic wrap for the furniture protection or pads for that matter, resulting in items (jewelry, etc.) spilling out when furniture was being carried out the front door, as well doors swinging open and breaking off hinges (to our our solid wood furniture, no less). Very unprofessional crew and wouldn't use them again!! I would recommend to anyone moving in Baytown to find someone else. Pricing was same as other moving companies located in Houston, however they charge additional fees for mileage. In retrospect, would have paid the extra to know my furniture would not have to be fixed and walls repairs where chunks of sheetrock were knocked out. After the job was complete, no one called to make sure all was well and happy.
