Drive a little further, or pay a little more, or watch a YouTube video and do it yourself! You will regret going to SL of Weaverville. These guys are rude!! Zero customer service or civility in general. Bad attitudes, condescending, and only interested in your $$$.
I'll go to Leicester Hwy if I'm ever desperate enough to go to one of these sort of places again. I'm told they act and treat others like human beings at that location!

The staff here is friendly and knowledgable. They are very efficient and that is a major plus when you have two small children with you. I will be back again for future services!

They charged an additional $10 for checking dealer installed window tinting that MOST places do not charge for NC inspection.

They were fast, but boy were they rude and reluctant. I felt like I had the plague just to get some service! Before I even let them begin, I asked; "Is vacuuming and doing windows part of an oil change?" and the guy said yes. When he was done, they hadn't done either! SO I asked him to do it. "He said "We don't vacuum cars that dirty" (granted I have 3 dogs Then I said, "Well, could you at least give it a once over? It doesn't have to be perfect. And what about the windows?" He said, "Well we don' do the passenger floors." He took it back, grumbling. When he called me to get my car again, he mumbled "done" and walked away. Again, the windows hadn't been touched nd the floors hardly touched either. I wont be back. I'd rather drive farther than have to force people to do the job they are paid for. Plus, at 30 dollars for an oil change, they are very expensive too!
