Beware, thieves at work here. I took my relatively new Subaru Outback in to get a safety sticker and emissions test. The tech claimed he ran the emissions test three times and my car failed each time. So I immediately drove it to the nearest Subaru dealer where my car passed with flying colors! I went back to Snappy Lube to get my money back since it was obviously their equipment that was at fault. The "manager" refused to refund the safety inspection part of the fee (the vast majority of the cost) in spite of my holding a receipt in my hand from the dealer for the full inspection cost. Additionally, both the so-called manager and tech were extremely rude about the whole matter - maybe the worst I've ever dealt with. So, as a number of reviews here state, this place is a den of thieves to stay far away from!Trillian2001A
