I received a coupon to get a discount on an oil change at the Patton Ave. location so I went for the oil change. After doing it, they informed me that the baal joints on my car were broken and it was dangerous to drive. They even had an estimate all printed for me....381.00...YIKES!! I took it to a friend of mine that is a mechanic. He checked it and said I had nothing to worry about. Do not believe what the people at Mtn. View tell you. They have apparently been coached to find things wrong, even if they have to invent something. With an old car, it's easy for them to do so. When I got home, after the oil change, I raised the hood to check something and found the oil cap on crooked and ready to fall off. The person that did the oil change should'nt have that responsibility. I don't even recommend them for an oil change.

Mountain View does wonderful work! My whole family brings their vehicles in to get worked on. I do, however, dont appreciate the fact that some of the managers at this location have favortism. I noticed during my visit they made one man do all the work while the others sat there doing nothing. Also, the fact that some of the workers have nude woman calendars on thier tool boxes. It is degrading to us females. My son is 7 years old and I have a 1 year old daughter. I dont want my kids to see that kind of stuff. Needless to say, I have found a new place to get my car fixed and have also warned my family and friends about these concerns. I will not be back to mountain view.
