Owner was very rude to me as I asked for the discount I was promised. Pretended twice to try and break my glasses cause I was unhappy with his rudeness. Owner did apologize for his rudeness finally however the item I brought in to be repaired has broken twice within days of them "fixing" it. What a waste of my daughter hard earned money.

When my mom died, I got her diamond ring, and needed it reset to fit my finger better (whole new style). My husband surprised me yesterday with a gorgeous ring that Jewelfire did for him, and we are so pleased! We had gotten things from Shane Co. in the past, and they told us that the diamond had been cracked at some point and they wouldn't touch it. Jewelfire didn't hesitate, told us that indeed there wasn't a crack, maybe just a small flaw and put it in a beautiful setting within an hour or so! We had waited two years to have that done after being told it couldn't be done! Awesome!
