Hertz prvided a nice car, but really messed up the billing that was supposed to go to the insurance company. It took 3 minutes for them to answer the phone, then I was passed around to 2 other people who finally told me that I was going to have to get the insurance company to pay them, get reimbursed and then the insurance company was going to have to cut me a check. aaarrrrgggg!
