Had an appt for the 4th of July for a wedding party of 3. They were so overbooked when we arrived, rushed us thru and did poor jobs on our french manicure with gel polish. Peeled in 2 days and I paid very good money and my nails looked bad in the sunlight. To many coats to fast to rush us thru. Never again.

I should have read the reviews before stopping at this "spa". I left with jagged nails and uneven polish. I asked for the manicurist to slow down and paint the edges but to no avail. $55 later my nails look like a child painted them. I have polish on my skin, uneven streaks and chips.

I will NEVER return to this nail salon. I lined this salon up to do a group of ladies nails for my sisters wedding. I had brought in VAL-PAK coupons for everyone to use but was told by one of the workers that I was unable to use these coupons because they cannot be used on the weekend (it was Friday). Plus, on the coupon that I was trying to use it clearly in the small print said nothing along the lines of being unable to use the coupons on any specific day. After trying to explain that it said nothing of the sort on the coupon to all of the workers, suddenly nobody spoke English (we were giving them the benefit of the doubt that in fact maybe they did not speak English but found out later this was not the case).



Finally after being completely frustrated we just sat down to have them do our nails and at this point I believe we would have all got up and left but my sisters wedding rehearsal was later that night and her wedding the next day so there was no time to go anywhere else to have our nails done. I had a pedicure and a manicure as did most of the other girls that were along. Personally, as far as the pedicures I thought that I could have done a better job painting my nails. There were spots that were missed and the girls who had the French tip put on their toenails were not even straight. Our manicures were nothing special, very quick, sloppy, and there was no hand massage. On top of this, when I sat down to get my manicure, I told her that I wanted a set of acrylic nails put on. She said, "No, you want gel". I said, "No, I want acrylic nails". She said, "Oh, do you want what she has" (and she pointed to someone). I said, "Acrylic, yes". Come to find out she did not do acrylic on me she put gel nails on, which was $20 more expensive than acrylic.



Then we go to pay. Without our knowledge (as most of us do not go to the nail salon on a regular basis) they were charging for every little extra thing. They would ask, “do you want this?” And we would be like sure, assuming that it was a part of the original cost, and an option. It would have been nice to know that a little tiny flower you choose to put on your toe is going to cost you five extra bucks. By the way, all the workers understood every bit of English we spoke after the whole coupon incident. Not one of the girls’ bills was under $85. They may have screwed us out of some money and made us extremely unhappy, but I tell you what, I guarantee you that none of us will EVER go back there to spend another dime and will definitely tell everyone who will listen that this place should not be your first choice (or your last) when choosing a nail salon!

THIS IS THE LAST PLACE I WOULD GO IN MY LIFE!!!!!

Horrible dont go there..... Rude workers.... Bad mani and pedi's.... Wrecks your nails.... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Worst experience BY FAR that I have ever had at a nail “salon.” When I entered, the young lady “greeted” me with a scowl and seemed as though she couldn’t be bothered to get up from her chair and her cell phone game. She had a massive attitude and was bad-mannered, rude, and extraordinarily unprofessional. She even refused to take a val-pack coupon that I received in the mail for the salon. I will NEVER be returning and I will discourage all my girlfriends from returning to this salon.

been going to Kelly at CI CI Nails for years. Can't say i've had a bad experience yet. Pays to go however at non busy times as it can get hectic at certain times. you wont be disappointed!

LOVE Kelly at CiCi nails. The guys who work there are alright for a pedicure but i would not let them do tips or fills. Very clean and professional location. Get Kelly and you wont be disappointed
