Very rude over the phone!!!!

My son needed "rescuing"...and as I live in California....and he in Anchorage...I was having a time of it....with the worry...and concern...that every mother would experience...One gal in booking, at the jail...was very nice...and 2 of the 3 men I spoke with...were totally understanding...(This is NOT...the "norm" for our family)...THEN...Broomhilda answered my call...shame on her...treating people with such disrespect....With no friends...or...family really to help....I spent the night in turmoil...Id decided to let him remain incarcerated over night...and if he was not. released on his word...I would then post bail....I chose Freds...and sent them an email...which was returned within moments....asking me to phone their office...which I did...The woman I spoke with....was nowhere near....rude...ir disrespectful...she asked for his name...etc....and stated she'd contact the jail....and someone would contact me asap...a couple hours after my son was arraigned...my phone rang....Sadly....I didnt catch the gentlemans name....but ge let me know that he just happen to be in the courtroom. when my son was araigned...and the DA declined to pursue the case....charges were dropped and case dismissed...he mentioned it would take a while for him to be processed before his release....I was shaking to beat the band....and instantly...the tears emerged....I thanked him....and wished him Happy Thanksgiving....



HE WAS IN NO WAY OBLIGATED....or EXPECTED to pass on that info....BUT he did!!!

Maybe those of you with negative reviews...handled things incorrextly....I appreciate them...and their efforts....

This place is HORRIBLE, when I had called earlier on in the day I did have one polite guy, but after that it was chaos, I had already tried to get ahold of these people as I was told it was who does this, well they informed because it was a different district that I had to go through different people only to later find out, no we are suppose to go through them, so I called and that was when I got the nice guy, now he told me to call in between certain times, so I did and when I did, it was a big battle of weather or not I was suppose to go through them, and when I was insistant on it, saying that I was told to call back and what was going on, he told me to meet him at a specific place, we ran like fire to get where we were suppose to go, only to wait for one hour on these people, so we went and called them and he claimed that he never said it was this place but somewhere's else and we would have to wait until the next day, well then he got some more calls in and asked me to hold, so I did well the phone then hung up....I called back and when I said he hung up on me, he claimed that I had hung up on him, frusterated to all this I gave in and asked him when he could do our bail, he said not until the next morning, because we didnt show up to where we were suppose to, everything was my fault, no blame was taken by him at all. This elderly man had me in tears with how abrasive he was, I was apalled at how rude and unprofessional he was, not sure if he is the owner but I would not reccomend ANYONE to go here at all, their communication is horrible and this man is either going deaf and is blaming others for it or he's just a plain bitter man taking it out on the world. NO STARS for these guys, find a place has much more people and professional buisness skills, these guys are not worth the time, stress or money!

These people are very rude on the phone, no courtesy what so ever. I had called on a holiday, which I forgot and all I wanted was a fax number or email to send paper work back so I could receive part of a bond back. If you call at a certain hour they get mad at you for calling outside their "working" hours in the office, however, there is nothing that states their hours. If you need bail for someone, don't go through Fred's.
