Ric-A-Shay helped me out BIG TIME! I had a small accident but couldn't see out of my windshield at all. I had another company repair it about 3 months ago, and it started leaking! The other company refused to admit that they were at fault, and would not help me unless I filed ANOTHER claim with my insurance company (which would have made my rate go up again), and I definitely did not want to do that! I called around to several other places and finally spoke to someone at Ric-A-Shay. They were extremely compassionate and understanding and said that they could help. They were able to get me in the same day and I wound up spending LESS than what my deductible was, and didn't have to file another claim. They were awesome and I highly recommend them!
