Provided by YPmobileI went to Burlington coat factory today and found me some fabulous boots, a beautiful shirt and some jewlery to match. When I got to the register I wasn't greeted by anyone. I watched and listened to an older women who worked there traing her employee's about colors of tahs on merchandise. Every one of them saw me but continued the training for several minutes. When the women finally spoke to me she was very rude and asked if she could help me. I said "yes, I'd like to check out." She rudly said I was in the wrong line. I said "really, well someone could have told me that instead of standing thete talking." She proceeded to be a smart elect until we were in a very heated arguement. By the time the manager got there, he knew just to get me out of there because I had already lost my temper. I told her if she would just check me out or show me where to check out that everything would be fine. Then she decided she could check me out. I was leaving and she was still running her mouth. I told her to shut her mouth because that's how all of this got started. I am so angry. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I will never shop at this store again. I called the mgr Kevin and he said he would wTch the video. Her name was susana. What a day and an experience to go shopping. I think I'll call a lawyer. This is unexceptable.
The savings are great at Burlington, but the store in Amarillo is lacking style and order. There seems to be so much inventory that there is no room to shop. It reminds me of walking through the flea market. Many product are placed haphazardly on the shelves. I struggled to maneuver through the displays. Several times I had to pick something up and set it aside to get past it, and several times I stepped on things like hooks (which are supposed to be used to hang product) or trash. There is a lot of neglect going on in the safety department in the Amarillo Burlington Coat Factory.
