Usually pretty goof service but.must be having a bad day....or two.......No seat protection used on the last visit. Our white leather seat now sports a black greasy spot on the drivers seat and greasy finger prints on the interior door panel. Poor communications....car sat outside unattended after it was done. We weren't told it was finished until we went out looking for it. On another visit the air filter cover wasn't properly re-installed...probably got dirt into the engine for a while until I noticed it and corrected it. Be sure and check your air filter to make sure they put it back together properly.
