I created a registry here when I was pregnant and I would think they would have good customer service considering they work in a store that has some outrageous prices on items. I had also ordered 2 cribs and a diaper changing table and it was a nightmare. They all seem angry to be working there and not one person asks if you need anything. You have to beg for someone to help you. I will never go back there and don't recommend anyone, (specifically a pregnant woman), going there unless they want to become irritated. My entire family had experienced the same irritation and will not be going back there either.
