The ladies there must hate their job & customers! Half A job on nails but still did well on eyebrows, even though they charge 30% more than everywhere else...they are close & fast. However, today I went in there & got one of the ladies with 'resting b face' but I never had an issue with them & waxing before...that's until today when she ripped half my left eyebrow off & thinned out my eyebrows to sharpened pencil width. I asked her to NOT Thin my brows just clean up underneath growth. She wouldn't give me the handheld mirror & instead tried repeating. "You good, you go." When I asked the 3rd time for the mirror, she tried to, sneakily, draw my missing brow in with a pencil!!! I hopped off the table, looked in the mirror, and yelled, "No! No!" She didn't even apologize!
