I inquired for a quote and was given an attractive figure. However I was expecting more information to be sent to my E-mail (Switcher, Jeanine) and it was not sent. How can I trust someone who can't do a simple task of listing box pricing to handle the moving of my belongings? You blew it Jeanine; do not call.

This is a great company to work with. They are very knowlegdable regarding moving not only my furniture, but I have used them repeatedly as they are the only ones I entrust with the task of moving my irreplaceable Steinway grand piano. They are on time, on task, and very experienced. I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve to be known.

They did some things well and others terribly. Some items (my mantle clock) were packed very professionally, but others (my wife's lap harp) were just thrown in boxes. They left electronics IN a TV cabinet that they moved. Broke the cabinet's doors and my wife's lamp. After weeks of calls and 2 broken appointments (where they no-showed), they did finally fix the cabinet. They said they'd pay for the lamp and after weeks of calls and promises ("check's in the mail") we finally drove out to their place of business (also their house), got them to pay us, and THEN the check BOUNCED. They said not to cash it for a few days, so we didn't cash it for a month. They STILL owe us the $10 NSF fee (yet another broken promise). There's more but not enough room. It's a shame, because Roger & Greg are great- some of what they did was fantastic, but the negatives here outweigh the positives. Broken promises were the main thing- stuff gets broken in a move, but if you say you'll do some thing, do it!

The only company you need!

Thomas Bros was truly a helpful great experience. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and they make it look so easy. I had a great fear of damage occurring to my piano and my hardwood floors. They absolutely did such a flawless job I felt compelled to write this. They are straight forward about everything to anticipate and they give a flat rate. This is the only company to use as they really help guide you and they are really amazing with the skill at which they move things!
