This review is 10 days late but I went in a few Saturdays ago for a bridal fitting. I was super nervous because the reviews are horrible, but I gave it a try and I was glad I did. I was so lucky to have had Michelle Lewis, she was so inviting to me and my guests. She gave me great advice, and was quick to pull the next dress so I can try all of them on during my appointment. She gave this heartfelt speech before I rang the bell announcing I have said yes to the dress. It made all my guests cry and it was a memory that will last me a lifetime. If your a bride thinking about going in for a fitting, just remember to have a good attitude while walking in, it really does make all the difference not to be a bridezilla. -Stacy

I made an appointment to try on wedding dresses for the 1st time. I wanted it to be a positive experience . It was all but that! I could have stayed close to home but when I was told this location was the only one close to me that carried the Melissa Sweet dress I had my heart set on I made the 1 hour 45 min drive there. To be disappointed frustrated and left crying. I was told to go on wed site and save my favorites and that way they could pull them so I could try them on. I also told the girl I had just had a hysterectomy and I had gained weight but really wanted to try that Melissa Sweet gown on and asked if they had it in a plus size that I could try and she said yes. No worries. So I was excited with my daughter coming along we sat out for a fun filled happy day. That went to her being my dress consultant because the girl I had must have had 5 other appointments besides mine. My daughter and I pulled dresses she helped me get them on. Take them off and every now and then the consultant would come check on me. She was a sweet girl but just over booked. I was reminded I had 10 min left in my appointment. I looked at my daughter and said we had an appointment? Lol. I mad that trip for that 1 dress to see and I saw it but I couldn't try it on cause they only carry it in small size. I felt ashamed and hurt. Frustrated that I drove all that way to not even try it on. I got home and wanted to cancel my wedding feeling that no dress was gonna fit unless I dropped 70 lbs in a month. They had maybe 12 plus size dresses to try on. I won't recommend them. Besides that all the dresses were dirty, broke, snagged. The dressing room was small and dirty bathroom was dirty and instead of helping the poor girl with all the appts she had the manager was up front chit chatting with staff. Not a great experience! I'm so thankful my daughter was there or I'd be sitting in dressing room still waiting for dresses to be taken off me. I felt forgotten and dismissed. I had the money to walk out with a dress that day. But my experience there made me choose to take my money else where. To the poor girl that was being torn in 5 directions. I hope you got an extra break. Never go here!

DONT USE THEM!!!!! We went in to the Lynnwood location on June 6th to find dresses for us Bridesmaids, when we found the ones that we liked they didnt have the color in stock, no problem, we were told that for another $15.00 ea. we can have them shipped directly to us at our homes, again no problem..... One of the dresses was shipped from out of state and the bridesmaid rec. it on friday the 10th......realy nice!!!! koodos for that store, here is the problem, my dress was to ship from Takwilla to Marysville, here it is Monday the 13th and I just found out that it was shipped today and that the $15 freight fee is to ship within 5-6 business day. Somebody is lieing!!!!! We were told for sure 3-5 business days, otherwise we would of shipped overnight. Wont be using them when I get married. There should of been communication and follow thru for the Lynnwood location so this wouldnt of happened. The bride shouldnt have to be worring about this crap....how about a Bridesmaidzilla!!! LOL!
