Unprofessional travel agency. Alice was very rude after made numerous mistakes with my travel plans. Book myself and my wife on 1 plane our children 4 & 2 on another flight did not want to refund my money after she made crucial mistakes. What person would put a 2 and 4 yr old on flights by themselves?????
