The Agency opened in 1990 as cruise only and a few years later became a full service travel agency. The owner has been in the hotel and travel business for over thirty years. He brings a well-rounded background of hotel management, tour company, and travel consulting experience to the company. All employees began their travel career by attending a travel school and have continued to learn by attending travel supplier seminars, industry training classes, shipboard inspections and going on familiarization trips ( offered by travel suppliers and destinations ). Cruises and Travel of Spokane financially supports all its employees so they can participate in familiarization trips each year.
