My husband is military & overseas. Our 2 year anniversary was April 16th. He was trying to surprise me with flowers he ordered throuh FTD to be delivered on the 15th. I got nothing for my anniversary!! He didn't know my flowers weren't delivered because they sent FTD a confirmation of delivery. On the 17th, after a complaint was filed to FTD, I received these dark gloomy & a little wildered flowers. I took a picture & sent it to my husband asking if that was what he sent. I got to see a picture of the flowers he actually ordered & these weren't even close! All the money he spent (about $100) & they delivered crap after being late! I called the local florist who delivered these depressing looking things to express my dismay. The lady told me to speak with Oscar because he was in charge & told me the time to call back (this was my 2nd time calling because I already left a message & no one returned my call). When I called back she didn't put Oscar on the phone & told me she was the supervisor (that's who I asked to speak to when she told me it was Oscar the 1st time). She was not sympathetic to the situation, didn't want to listen to my complaint & cut me off several times & she just blew it off with tell FTD to cancel the order & they would deliver me the right flowers sometime today. She blamed the truck drivers for not delivering the flowers & then acted as if I should just be satisfied I'd be getting the correct flowers for free 2 days after my anniversary! Then she rushed me off the phone! It's 4:35 & I still haven't received these flowers! I don't even want them, my special day is over, but there's a principal here! There website has a satisfaction guarentee. I will never do business with these people & will tell everyone I know not to as well!
