Its menu includes a variety of appetizers, salads, side dishes and desserts. The restaurant additionally serves wild king salmon, seared halibut, smoked hanger steaks, roast jidori chicken and Dungeness crabs. Zinc Bistro also offers a selection of wines, such as merlot, pinot noir, cabernet sauvignon and sauvignon blanc.
