I am rating a 1 star, not cause they deserve it but it requires on. The staff seems like they know what they are doing....until you receive your gown. Be prepared for disappointment! I went in with the rest of the bridal party and bride to get our bridesmaid dresses, the fittings went well and we ordered our dresses. I picked up my dress, didn’t bother to try it on because they get YOUR FITTINGS. Tried it two days before the wedding, come to find out the dress is TOO big. Not my inches but by one WHOLE size. I am livid, what’s the point of them taking measurements if it’s No use to them. Thankfully for Aloha Cleaners they are able to fix the dress by Saturday, which brought my original cost up by $75. To those who are considering David’s Bridal, please look around and do research before you go there. We think they are a good company because the name is known, but in reality you will be disappointed.

An appt and had the best time with consultant and found the dress my wedding is in dec2014 and I needed to get soon to start planning I also met the alterations person and she was great gonna go back to get bridesmaids. I recommend going there

My wife went in today and said that no one helped her with anything. She had to ask for help picking out a bridesmaid dress and she's pregnant. No help from anyone, not good.

Coming from Santa Barbara to Santa Maria davids bridal with my whole family and friends it was total of 12 in store We had a fun consultant and she sat us all in store comfortable the space is a little small but they made it work and I fell in love with a vera wang dress and cheap too only $1800 and in SB the dresses run for $3000+ non named brand.I am so excited! Everyone come here they are so nice to us,my family and friends are tough critics and my consultant made it easy.

I recently just came into this store on 6/22/12 and baught my wedding dress,bridesmaid,flower girls,mother of bride and mother of groom.I must say I love my consultant was very sweet and patient helped me get the dress I wanted since I was a little girl and the party looked so great as well.the managers here made sure i was happy with my service during my visit.i drove from San Diego to this place due to me hearing good things about David's bridal opening in Santa Maria I was offered services from alterations on the spot and gotta say my dress was perfect and the alterations team was friendly.I highly recommend this store To anyone looking for a dress on a budget and want good service

Alterations were not right and was not given a refund. Spent 10hrs out of town when anticipated 4. Told they did everything they could do. Dress is fine now, but is shorter than I wanted, due to the fact that they had to even the length out after the first alterations were done so badly, not understanding why I wasn't refunded my alteration costs, if nothing else to offset the massive child care bill I received when I arrived back in town to pick up my child after. What a disaster. Would NOT recommend using this store.
