Now,I am impressed, I have been to hundreds of pawnshops and the customer service here far surpasses those of your corporate and run-of-the-mill pawnshops.I had a great experience here when pawning my Guitar. Crown Jewelers & Pawn was very helpful and had great customer service! They were able to help me out and it was very professional. Good place to pawn!

This is the best pawn shop I've ever been to. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, the store is spotlessly clean. There is an excellent selection of jewelry at affordable prices. The day I visited the store having sale on many products. They also provide services like check cashing, money transfers and bill pay. I recommend this store to all of my family and friends.

Crown Pawn in South Lake is definitely a class act. They offer great customer service. last yr a family member stole some tools from me. I soon found out, and got the pawn ticket from him. I called Crown and they worked out a deal with me even before the ticket had expired. Legally they cannot release a pawn to anyone other than the person who pawned the item, however they offer a grace period of 4 or 5 days after a ticket expires before they attempt to sell the items. Crown told me to come in during the grace period and they would sell me back my tools for the ticket price vs what they could sell them for off the shelf. A lot of pawn shops would have told you sorry just come in and hope you find them on the shelf. Then just recently I had the same tools back at Crown, I forgot about my payment and was 5 day past the grace period, I called and they said they were still in the back come on in and make your payment. Again a lot of shops would have said sorry they belong to us now.
