These guys are awesome! Professional, kind, and fair! Hard to find that combination in any service company today. We reached out late one afternoon after discovering another company had failed to show up and a few hours later we were back on schedule. They came bright and early the next day. We had a few very heavy items: gun safe and 3 piece slate pool table that needed to go upstairs and they had no problems with either. I highly recommend!!

I contacted Gateway to help move some very special items, including a Grandfather's clock, from my parents' home to my own. The office staff was terrific in scheduling and following up and making sure we had everything we would need. The movers were so professional and courteous, and very sensitive to the reason for the move. At times, I sit back and reflect on a lot of things. One of the things that keep recurring is the Illinois-Florida relocation. I can’t really tell what was so significant in that movement but I keep finding myself thinking about it. Maybe it sis because of the perfection that came along with it. The move went great. They were on time and very professional. I was impressed with how quickly they moved our belongings out of our second story apartment. They did such a good job wrapping our furniture in the blankets that none of our furniture was damaged. Moving can be very stressful, not to mention backbreaking. Gateway really helped make the experience very smooth. Overall, I would highly recommend them.
