Awesome! We and our dog love it.

I took my dogs here in November of 2010. I have had my dogs to other daycare facilities without incident. This kennel chose not to even temp test my dogs and therefore they stayed in their kennels the entire day. Besides not having any grounds to not temp test my dogs they didn't even call me to tell me to come and pick them up as they were not going to be placed on the daycare floor. Upon touring the facility you will notice toys scattered about the floor - this is an accident waiting to happen. Dogs are natural resource guarding animals and a fight is guranteed to happen even with the "sweetest" most docile dog. I have also heard that they do not use dog friendly chemicals on the floors and lawn (straight from an ex-employee). Bottom line, take your business elsewhere. It is a family ran business and most employees have received little to no training at all.

Our pup loves going to American Pets Inn for a day of play or for boarding. The staff is very caring and responsive to our special requests. We generally take her once a week for daycare, and she is always excited to get there. She play hard and comes home calm and relaxed.

Very disappointed. The place is very nice but don't let the looks fool you. My bill was extremely high and my dog caught kennel cough. When I called to inform them, they didn't seem surprised and acted they they didn't even care.but they would have someone call me back. No call back of course. Very unprofessional. The safety and well being of your dogs/clients should come before money

We bring our dog, Georgia, here when we need overnight care. They always make her feel so welcome and it's refreshing to get away and know that she is being cared for. As soon as we pull up to the drive of American Pets Inn, her tail starts wagging which any dog owner knows is a great sign!
