WORST GROOMER EVER!!!!! I decided to take my dog here for the first time since they are closer to the house then our normal groomer. All they had to do was wash and clip nails. Went to pick up my dog and of course they have you pay up front then bring the dog out. My dog was limping and bleeding from the back paw. Come to find out they turned the dryer on (probably a hand held blow dryer from the looks of the place) and scared my dog and supposedly she backed up snagging her nail on a grate. I had to request they bandage it up and the owner was no where to be found. Ended up having to take my dog to the vet the next day and they removed the entire nail since it was so bad. I DO NOT recommend this place. The entire staff looks like immature teenagers and after returning to speak with the owner "Tina" she was very unprofessional. She did not give a refund because she stated they provided the service even though they didn't finish the job because after the incident they didn't even finish clipping all nails. If you care for your dog and want good customer service this is definetly NOT the place you want to bring your family pet. AFFORDABLE is not alway better. You get what you pay for!

I adore my dog. I took her for grooming and she looked ok but on arriving home I noticed the white part of one eye was red from bleeding into the tissues. I dont know what happened, but nothing was mentioned to me. I didnt call and wont go back. My anxiety is high when taking her anywhere now.

Very dissatisfied. I take my dog to be groomed every 5 to 6 weeks but I will never take it back to Affordable Pet Grooming. The customer service is very unprofessional and immature. The first time I took my dog there I asked for them to keep the same pattern and leave her beard when I picked her up she was all shaved and no beard. When I asked what happened the employee said she was sorry but the groomer must of misunderstood the instructiions but offered no discount or refund. I decided to give them a second try after my dog grew out a bit so again I gave them the same instructions and told them about the mishap the previous time so the groomer highlighted the instructions on the client card and when I picked her up again she was shaved all over again except for ears and tail which was matted and too long and was clearly not even given a bath. After I got her home I had to cut the snarls out and bathe her. I waited a week and decided to call the owner "Tina". I found out her name after reading other poor reviews. When I talked to Tina and told her how dissapointed I was she said she would address the issue but never asked mine or my dogs name so I'm not sure how or who she would address the issue. When I told her I wouldn't be returning her reply was "Whatever". I was in complete shock that the "OWNER" of this place had an attitude and conducted business this way

I took my border collie to get groomed and they did a fantastic job! The staff was very friendly and knowledgable.

We took our little Shitzu in for a bath and sani-pad trim. Specifically said NOT to cut the fur around the face, they didn't listen. We picked up our puppy 3.5 hours later and he has a bunch of cuts and nics where they shaved his potty area. Apparently you get what you pay for and we'll be taking our puppy somewhere else from now on.

I have used plenty of pet groomers before, but none that have taken that little extra bit to make not only your Pooch feel Wonderful, but you as well, and they are very reasonable & reliable as well. I will be with them for a long time now. Give them a try, They Are Wonderful! Brian R.

These girls are awesome! They are very friendly and their prices are great! Everyone around should be taking their pet here!
