I have used this vet for years. They always go out of their way. A tech offered to come to my house and help me bring my sick dog in when I was 9 months pregnant because I could not lift him into the car! Our vet is great he takes the time to listen and explain.

I gave them one star because I could not give them 0 stars. Possibly the most insensitive, incompetent vet I have ever taken my animals to. I am not saying the vets are not decent, but the "help" at the front desk is abysmal! Rude, Contrite and In need of a few customer service classes...although I think they should just be fired because if I owned that business I wouldn't want these rude nit wits ruining my business. I have 3 dogs 2 cats and I have several family members and friends that took their pets there. We have all left! DON'T USE THIS VETS OFFICE if you want your pet to LIVE either...they have a habit of wanting to kill your animal rather than letting you care for them in their last days of life.

Price gouging at the highest level.

Excellent VET! Staff also! Quick to see my dog ! Kind and caring! Very reasonable charges! I think I found my NEW vet! Their office is modern and clean and shiny. A wonderful visit and medical treatment. I highly recommend them!

Pet Vet is a much-needed and welcome addition to the selection of veterinary clinics in the Roanoke area. After the veterinarian I'd had for my dog for years moved out of state, I did a little research on new vets and chose Pet Vet as our new vet clinic. I cannot stress enough what a good decision this was! Everyone at this spotless, cheerful clinic, from the staff to the veterinary doctors, are great at what they do, and as kind and understanding to the pet owners as they are to the animals. I would recommend Pet Vet without hesitation to anyone looking for an affordable, professional, compassionate veterinary clinic. I'm so grateful they came to Roanoke!

Kind, caring, and compassionate. Took me a longtime to find the perfect vet for my dogs but I'm 100% sure that my animals couldn't go to a better place! Id recommend them to anyone.

they are so kind, friendly, clean and knowledgeable. they take the time to discuss any problems or concerns I have and really make you feel comfortablewoth any question now matter how silly we feel they are. I highly recommend Pet Vet! The doctor(s) and staff are wonderful! Truly compassionate and understanding not only of the pets needs but of the pet owners needs. While it is a business they have not lost sight of why they chose to work with animals in the first place...that while money is needed to keep the practice operating it's sincerity, patience and understanding that makes it grow! We LoVe Pet Vet! When your puppy's veterinarian gets in the floor and plays with her, you know you've come to the right place! Their puppy package is very reasonable and after vaccines, they even called us the next day to make sure Stroodle was O.K. I would (and have) highly recommend them to others.
