WORST APPLIANCE REPAIR COMPANY EVER. The gentleman that came to my house was rude and extremely aggresive. When I asked any questions, he was condesending and at one point I asked him to relax. Upon leaving my house, he slammed the door. I called the company and the same gentleman happened to answer. I asked for his manager and he said he owned the company. I will make sure NO ONE I know ever uses this company. Save yourself the time and effort and find a respectful and professional company - not this one... What a joke.

SN Appliance Repair is the best appliance repair company we've ever hired. They are honest, conscientious, thorough, and really nice to our dog. We’ve had problems with our Kenmore refrigerator. The freezer part was working but the refrigerator was warm and I had to throw the food out several times. It was getting really frustrating because I didn't know what was going on. Anyway, the SN Appliance Repair technician who came over was an experienced, professional, and respectful, had a friendly attitude, and provided satisfactory service. He fixed our refrigerator the same day and since then the refrigerator has been working perfect.

I called SN Appliance to repair a minor leak to a stackable washing machine. The initial service fee was $55.00. The service technician came out and couldn't find the leak at first. Then it was determined that the problem was a faulty "siphon break" which is connected to a hose. Gary, the service technician then stated that this repair would cost an extra $199.00. I looked this item up on the internet and purchased it for $4.41 and it took 5 minutes to install this piece. I contacted Gary and told him that he and SN Appliance are a bunch of thieves that are trying to rip off hard working people.
