My salesman went above and beyond, to find what I was looking for. Even as far as to look at the surrounding states. He worked hard to get me the payment I could afford.

bought a car 2 1/2 months ago,the window is chipped all over in front and bell ford wont do anything about it..knowing I reported it to them at purchase time...car has only 2000 miles on it..there actually callin me a liar saying I didn't report it..the finance man of course got fired and is no longer employed there.very unhappy with the way they do business ..they promise you anything just make a sale..will never buy another vehicle there...

I inquired via emai about a vehicle for a sale at your dealership. I received a response almost immediately from Mr. Cahn. But it was Mr. Zach Jun that i dealt with. I want you to know what a terrific guy Zach is and what a pleasure it was buying my car from him. Obviously, Zach is a very intelligent man. He knew his product so well that I suspected that he studied that night. But what impresed me the most was his proffesionalism. Appropriately dressed for business, he would have fit in any law, medical, or engineering office. And his unfailing old-fashioned courtesy to me (and others, I noticed) would make me proud to be professionaly associated with him. Finally, I need to mention CHARACTER. It is too often over-looked today. but Zach was a man-of-hisword and followed up with me on every item. You really have a high-caliber person representing Bell Ford. Ford maufactures automobile. Zach Jun manufactures satisfied customers. he deserves to be recognized for that.

Cassandra Anderson was an exceptional sales employee. She really took time to understand my needs and wants and even went above and beyond by helping me understand things I hadn't thought of. She definitely is an asset to the Ford team which was clearly obvious from her relationship to with her coworkers. They all seemed to really love her.

My wife and I stopped by Bell Fords Memorial day sale on Friday and we were looking for a new F-150 Ford Truck when we were approached in the Bell Ford Lot. We told him what we were looking for and we followed him to a group of new ford f-150 trucks. We found the truck that met our needs. He gave me the keys and the three of us took it for a test drive. We proceeded to the show room to discuss cost etc. We agreed the final price, he took to the new Bell Ford Service Center and all the parts that go with it. The salesman is a fine and courteous young salesman! We were very impressed with all the Bell Ford employees we deal with
