      Welcome to Central Park Square Athletic Club where we provide a complete health, fitness and recreation environment. Central Park Square Athletic Club is a division of Well Fit Management, Inc., that ensures customer satisfaction by keeping participants motivated and committed to their fitness/wellness goals through their managed programs. As a team, we commit to provide our members and guests the highest standard of excellence in health, fitness and recreation while creating a positive, fun and social environment which will enable them to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. We were established in 1985 in a 17,000 square foot facility, it is designed to cater both local corporate and residential populations by offering amenities such as complimentary towel and clothing services. We enable our members to easily get in an exercise session with limited interruption to their work day. In addition to our top-notch facility, we also take pride in providing exceptional service and programming. Members can enhance their health, skills and individual awareness through a wide variety of programs, including: group fitness classes, yoga, personal training, nutritional counseling & massage therapy, physical therapy, racquetball and indoor swimming. Our proximity to the Willo, Encanto, and Palmcroft districts makes us an excellent neighborhood club where members can take advantage of convenient weekend hours and resident specials.       I love the steam rooms, and the company with in the rooms.....so pleasing.
