Provided by YP.comthat pore lady who gave the bad review must have been in a bad mood that morning or something, because I just call banfield for the first time ever and was able to get both of my dogs an appointment for shots in 2 days. the woman on the phone was very polite, and informative.
now if the service at the office is bad then i will deffinatle put in a review about that, but i was completely able to make an appointment for my pets at a soon time.

Provided by YP.comI believe that when you ask for veterinary service and are given a 4-6 week waiting period that you are no longer getting good service. Appointments are generally 4-6 weeks or they can squeeze you in for an appointment in 3 weeks if you're pet is in dire need to see a veterinary. If you're business is doing that well maybe an a few more veterinarians would be the answer instead of giving poor service, and soon needing no veterinarians. You might try the walk in policy they have, I haven't tried that yet.
