Last Spring, I purchased an $80 Bailey fedora hat. I wanted it cleaned before wearing it again this season. My wife contacted Model Cleaners, who assured her that they could handle the job. When she returned to pick it up, the hat was completely ruined. The shape was totally gone, it had shrunk, and was still dirty. It was a wrinkled mess. The cleaner told her that he tried using several chemicals on it but couldn't get the hat cleaned. Not only did they ruin the hat, they had the balls to charge her the full amount of cleaning! If he had just said "I don't think I can do the job", I would have found someone else. Stay away from this one. They obviously don't have the expertise to handle a cleaning job and they don't have the integrity to at least absorb the cost of the treatment after destroying a customer's expensive item. I only gave them one star because I could not give them any less and still write a review.
